Team Bondage -- Finnish LCP Team 06-07
Team Bondage: No pain, No gain.
I consider myself one of the luckiest MCPs in the world. Not only do I have a great MC team, I also have a great LCP team. Yes, today I am dedicating my entry to the individuals that make up my LCP team - Team Bondage. :)
- YC - Thank you for always finding ways to make things work for the better. I have seen how you (and the rest of Helsinki LCPs) have done so much to make sure that this year, Helsinki cooperation actually becomes a reality and not just a plan. You have been helping me a lot by telling me what you need, giving honest feedback and incorporating pieces of my advice in the way you operate in your LC. :) I think you are doing a great job in holding your team together and following up on what you have planned. You have also shown so much proactivity by engaging the help of your alumni. HY is really lucky to have you as their LCP. Best of all, thank you for being so friendly and easy to talk to. You make Team Bondage a lot warmer. :)
- Juho - The more I get to work with you, the more impressed I am. You show so much understanding about AIESEC and I really appreciate the smart suggestions you make all the time. You are also very understanding, humble and very easy to talk to. I appreciate the smile you always give to me during any of my sessions. :) I also appreciate that you keep your LC working in spite of your busy schedule. KY cannot be in better hands. You are practical, supportive of your team and very willing to make things work. You work hard for and with your team. You are also very honest, I appreciate that. You bring so much practical perspective to all discussions. I know our team's meetings would be a lot less practical without you, thanks for that! :)
- Janne - What can I say about Sir Janne? A lot. :) You are a really smart guy and I am very happy with how committed you are to making your team more focused on long term results. Your ideas are always so smart and so great that I just like listening to your perspective on things. You are exactly what HUT needs now. You have a way of making things simple and you are able to communicate even potentially difficult concepts very simply. You are ready to give your input to make things better. You are giving, honest and just so cooperative. Most importantly, your humor just brings so much joy to Team Bondage. Thanks for that!
- Michaela - Your presence in the team just brings so much positive energy. :) I am really happy that you took on the responsibility to lead Hanken. I cannot ask for a better person to continue building your LC's spirit than you. You are very humble and very much willing to learn. I am really happy about how you start those little LCP team projects so that, for example, you guys can meet up in EuroCo or that the Helsinki LCs will have better schedules. You are simply enthusiastic and I just adore that. You make me laugh. :) I am certain that Hanken will have no problems meeting your goals this year. Thank you for making the people in Team Bondage happy in your presence.
- Teemu - You have grown so much as a leader since Success. You are just very helpful and very reliable. Whenever I ask something of you, I don't even have to think twice about you achieving it. :) You are also very honest, smart and funny. Your working relationship with Noora shows that you are a leader as much as a team player. I believe you and Noora are capable of making Tampere a very sustainable LC. Your pride of being an AIESECer shows in every word you say and action you do. Your enthusiasm for your the organization helps Team Bondage realize that, indeeed, we are a good, life-changing organization. :)
- Noora - I have said this to you already but I really appreciate the kind words you always seem to say to me and the people around you. You are very caring and you just have a way of making people feel good of themselves. Your positive attitude also quells down people's doubts about what might not work. You just have such a ready smile for everyone and you make even the most difficult discussions easier. You and Teemu are the perfect pair. I appreciate your concern for the future and that you are working hard to make your LC sustainable. I also admire how committed you two are for building team spirit in your EB. You listen very well and do your best to understand people. As for Team Bondage, you bring heart to this team. Thank you for that. :)
- Ari - You always make sense. Period. :) You offer so many good ideas to any discussion. You are not afraid to say your opinion and I am grateful for that. You do your best to take care of your team. You are doing all you can to ensure that Jyväskylä achieves a lot this term without pushing your team to their limits. I don't think your team can ask for a better LCP. You are smart, determined and very resourceful in looking for information. You are able to listen to your team and offer them the comfort they need. You give sound advice to people around you. You are also cooperative and willing to make things work for the whole of Finland. You offer great insight to Team Bondage and, of course, great humor as well. :)
- Andreas - You are one of the sweetest people I know just because you are so understanding. :) Your capacity to listen and to try to get the most of every situation is really admirable. You are so willing to learn from people and you are able to see the best in them. You act with integrity. You do not complain and give excuses even though you could have easily had. You stand by your principles. You show patience with people and situations. And you have a nice sense of humor, I like that. :) Åbo will definitely soar under your leadership. And your presence in Team Bondage brings the needed positive calmness (especially when the girls start hyperacting about silly things like Lordi).
- Anna - Though you are very busy, I appreciate that you still do your best to make sure that AIESEC continues to live its legacy in my favorite city. :) You have handled this year with calmness yet I am sure that Vaasa will succeed in reaching the goals you have set at the beginning of your term. You have proven your dedication to improving things for your LC by staying on for (almost) another term. I am confident that even without much supervision, Vaasa will live up to its potential for the year. You are a great friend to your team and you give them the needed motivation. You show Team Bondage that though balancing AIESEC with the rest of your life is not that easy, it is possible as long as you are willing to do so. :)
- Valtteri - I have never met a kinder person. :) You are just really a joy to be around. Even when things are not that perfect, you stay very calm and positive that I am amazed. I appreciate the fact that even though things can be a bit difficult, you do your best to stay on track and to find solutions. You are also very honest and very easy to talk to. You ask advice when needed and yet are able to make tough decisions. You are exactly what Saimaa needs now. You are growing as a leader by the second. :) You show Team Bondage the importance of keeping your head cool and humility.
- Ritva - I am really thankful of how much hard work you put into your LC even though sometimes you feel that the distance between Helsinki and Oulu does not allow me to see that. You always keep yourself updated with the goings on in AIESEC and you always are excited to implement those things right away in the LC. :) You have shown so much resilience in making sure that Oulu's financial situation improves and you have found ways, with your team, to do that. You lead your team with so much focus, it's amazing. :) You give very honest feedback and are not afraid to speak up. You are very understanding and very loyal, both to the team and to the organization. Team Bondage is blessed to have someone with so much focus around.
To Team Bondage, I have said it many times to you but I will say it again for everyone to know. I trust each and every one of you to make sure that we achieve the goals we have set out in the beginning. My year as MCP could have been a living hell but it is not because I know that the LCs are in good hands. Because of your leadership and your friendship, I have the energy to wake up every morning to fight the good fight for AIESEC in Finland. I could not ask for a better LCP team. You are great leaders individually, and together, you are just super, extraordinarily, beyond all description, AMAZING. Thank you for all the laughs, the good discussions and the energy you have. Thank you for working together so well and acting as a real team, despite the distance. Thank you for sharing your feelings to each other and giving ideas to each other though the forum all the time. Thank you for the nice words and the encouragement. Thank you for everything. :)

Hi Annika, yeah we are lucky those guys are great.
To Carissa and Grace, yeah the name is pretty catchy although I must admit it was a slip of my tongue at that time. :) Hehe.
